There are several instances in life, when we are to make great adjustments to our regular time table and our usual way of living. For example, when we move out from the parents’ house, when we are taking a new job or when we have children. Virtually everything in life calls for changes and adjustments. And of course trading is no stranger to this process.
How so? Well, after having taken on trading, you are going to have to learn a lot of new things [no matter the segment of the market you have chosen]. You are going to let new things and new knowledge into your life. And sometimes you are going to have to rebuild your life completely as some of the markets and some of the assets are calling for total time re-adjustment.
For example, let’s imagine that you decided to trade stocks: they are not as hard as commodities and not nearly as hard as currencies. Some say that this is the easiest segment of the market to trade in. And it seems that they are right – all you have to do is choose your company and your stock ad trade it with accordance to the news coming.
But let’s say that you have chosen American stock market. AAPL or TSLA? Maybe you are interested in Microsoft stock or in some Amazon shares? No matter the choice, these are only traded when American stock market is open. And of course American stock market is working according to American time zones. That means that you are going to live according to them as well. And that is not easy to do, especially if you live as far away from USA as possible… New Zealand, for example.
And this limitation is not specific for the stock market only. It Is natural that euro is going to be at its peak during European business hours and Canadian dollar is better traded in their time as well. These are the things that people tend not to think about before they actually have to, but when they come face to face with these problems, there stands the question – what is more Important – high liquidity or regular life?
And of course here the decision will come out of your personal goal.
What do you seek more? High gains from every trade or do you see trading as more of a hobby?
You have to think about the answer to the question before ever thinking about trading. Of course EUR/USD, for example, is the most popular currency couple in the markets and it is always going to be liquid. But there are certain time frames where it is the most liquid which means that you are going to have the possibility to execute your trades faster and gain more money.
This is the eternal question that stands in the way of every trader – popularity and liquidity or personal convenience? Unfortunately, there is no way anyone can give you the answer that is going to establish your choice for you. That is something that you are going to have to figure out all on your own.
All I can say here is that our trading signals are live – no matter the choice you make, you can always come to us, open up your signals and trade with whatever you wish. That is a certain silver lining in this choice, that is for sure.
