Problem: Google has problems with Oracle Corp. over using Oracle's owned parts of the code in mobeli devices using Android system. The court deals have been tagging along for years now with Oracle accusing Google of plagiarism and violating the copyright. Case was filed as long ago as 2010.
Complications: the conflict didn't only touch the two companies envolved in the trial process. Entire Sillicon Valley is now divided in two parts. those who develop code and those who develop software programs are now separated into two camps.
Decision for traders: trading Google has always been a challenge with controversy, surrounding a lot of company's project, but now being extra cautios is a MUST for a trader.
